TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
This list supersedes all previous lists. Plants listed are subject to prior sale. Unfortunately stock is often limited and we must reserve the right to limit quantities and/or withdraw some lines from sale.
Prices shown are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment for both plants and freight is required with order.
While care is taken to ensure that identifications are correct and expectations realistic, our liability, in all instances, is limited to the purchase price.
Credit Card Purchases
We regret that this facility is not currently available.
In Pot or Bare Root?
For Australian orders we normally suggest that plants in pots 80mm and smaller be sent "in pot"; plants in larger pot are generally sent "bare root" with roots wrapped in sphagnum if necessary. Please advise us if you have any special requirements.
Freight Costs (applicable to Australian buyers only!)
Recent changes to courier and postal services (including at least some bus lines) now mean that volume rather than weight is the most important criteria.
We generally ship within Australia by Australian Air Express on either Monday or Tuesday in an attempt to avoid plants being held up anywhere over the weekend. A small carton of 3-6 plants in 80mm pot can be sent for AU$10; 12 plants in the same sized pot for AU$16. Larger plants may be mailed for a cost of about AU$20. Please phone, fax or email for further information if you have any doubts.
International Orders
International order must be accompanied by a copy of an official import permit or import permit number.
Due to costs associated with plant preparation, packing and documentation, a minimum order of US$500 is required. Documentation fees for Phytosanitary Certificate (US$30.00) and CITES Permit (US$43.00) are charged at cost. Please contact us for details of freight charges and advise your preferred method of dispatch, e.g. Express Air Mail, DHL or air freight.
Volume Discounts
US$500 - US$1000 - 10%; US$1000 - US$2000 - 15%; US$2000 and over - 25%.
